Terms and Conditions

Important Notices:

I reserve the right to refuse any work for any reason, particularly if I feel that it is beyond my skill level.  

However, once I have agreed to complete a project, I will do dedicate myself to its completion, providing periodic progress updates and answering any questions or concerns.

I do not accept orders outside of the United States of America.

Refund Policy:

Due to the time and effort taken to make each item, there is no refund policy on custom-made items. If there are any issues or dissatisfaction with the product within 20 days of receiving it, please notify Courtney by emailing her at voices of nova albion @ gmail dot com.  

For custom-made items, one of the following things may be done to rectify any dissatisfaction:

• fixing or redoing the item free of charge and with no shipping fees 
• providing a coupon or discount for a future use of my services

For items that are purchased that are not custom-made, a refund of 75% of the purchase cost will be issued to the buyer. The remaining 25% of the purchase cost will be kept to compensate for the time made in creating the product. 

Return Policy:

We do not accept any returns of product or custom-made items, except for when there is an issue or dissatisfaction with the custom-made product and the buyer wishes to have it fixed.

Please include the following information in any refund requests:

• Your name and contact information
• What you purchased
• When you purchased it
• Why you are requesting a refund
