My Background
Courtney C. R. Lambert is a writer, artist, wife, and eclectic hobbyist. She spent her formative years in California, moving from Los Angeles, a major city along the coast, to Selma, a small suburb in the agriculturally rich Central Valley. In addition to California, she lived in Colorado and West Virginia for a while. In 2021, she got married to the love of her life and moved to Montana where a new chapter started in her life.
My Writing Roots
Courtney became a writer due to her early love of classical authors like Louisa M. Alcott, J.R.R. Tolkien, Jack London, and many more. Her parents read many of L. M. Montgomery's, Tolkien's, and C. S. Lewis's works to her growing up which also assisted her desire to enjoy literature.
Growing up, she had a vivid imagination and started writing when she was around nine years old, continuing into adulthood.
My Writing Described
Courtney likes to write poetry, short stories, and longer stories based on her fantasy world called Feyndome which she created around 2013.
Many of her stories are based on personal experiences, moral lessons, imaginary scenarios she uses to process, or ideas she wishes to explore.
